Canva is amazing!!! I LOVE it and use it daily. If you haven’t heard of Canva yet, it’s an online graphic design tool that you can use in your browser, as well as in their app. Canva has a standard free version, but the Canva PRO version is worth the investment (it's like $10 a month if you pay annually).
As a solo agent who wears all the hats in my business, I want everything to be on brand. And Canva Pro helps me do that. Consistently. No matter where I am or what I need. It also makes it SUPER easy for me to help my eXp partners quickly by sharing templates I've already spent the time to create. So all they have to do is swap fonts and colors and go!

Do you love lists? Do you get a thrill from checking boxes? How about tracking progress on projects or transactions? If you love having (or want to have) business systems in place that simply make your work day easier, Trello is your new biz BFF. And it's FREE. There is a paid version of it for large corporations, so you can always upgrade later, if needed!

I LOVE this scheduling platform! It removes me as the middle man from the scheduling process. No more back and forth emails or texts about how busy we all are! I haven't hired an assistant yet, so Calendly is a must for me. It makes “finding time” with clients and agents a breeze. And, I think, it adds a level of professionalism, too.
You can create a free account and use one “event” or you can sign up for the paid version and have multiple “events” for your clients to choose from.

What do you get with your subscription? An email service provider that gives you full creative freedom, unlimited subscribers and unlimited emails sent (like what?! who does this?)!
Are you just getting started and short on funds? Mailchimp is free if you have less than 2,000 subscribers. It's not as pretty or easy to customize as Flodesk, but any email is better than none! Staying top of mind with your sphere is the most important thing as a REALTOR®. Don’t be a secret agent!

Most social media accounts only give you the chance to share one link in your bio, so you better make that tiny link a mighty powerful one! Bio.site lets you share all of your links in one place. It’s free AND they have an app, so you can update your links easily while on the go. They do offer a paid version if you’re really into analytics and customizing your link profile page, but I get by just fine with my free account.
